One-Stop Centers
One-Stop job centers are designed to position communities with a quality workforce that meets the demanding and changing requirements of its labor market. One-Stop Centers serve both employers and jobseekers. Services can include, but are not limited to:
- Help jobseekers to obtain employment
- Offer quality resources and opportunities to jobseekers
- Meet employer needs for quality workers
- Integrate services for employers and jobseekers
- Host jobseeker events, recruitments, and job fairs
- Provide training for employers and/or jobseekers
- Provide career counseling/résumé preparation assistance
